New feature highlights include an option for anti-specular directional scattering (retro), the ability to display planar distribution file picture plot images in the main SOLIDWORKS graphics window, simultaneous editing of multiple emitting data and emitting object nodes, anisotropic options to the Harvey and UserBSDF scatter models, a new Random option to ray scattering that can be used to model integrating spheres, the option to list ray position or direction data in the trace information panel, the capability to Ignore or Consider all child components of an assembly or sub-assembly, improved load times for large SOLIDWORKS assemblies, and the addition of 27 new LED sources.
